Lunch and Learn Sessions Keep Us in the Know for You

Lunch and Learn Sessions Keep Us in the Know for You

Lunch and Learn this week at Business Interiors was inspirational, as we dove into new products, features, and technology with Melessa Redditt, NCIDQ, from OED. Topics included Artopex’s new panel system Axel and lounge system Fjord. Axel is the newest generation of tile systems furniture for the design of open spaces, with ingenious workstation configurations that naturally combine individual and collaborative work. Fjord lounge furniture’s welcoming appearance takes its queues from residential design to incorporate a sense of calm and well-being in the workspace.

We are dedicated to staying educated on trends and innovations in our industry so that we may best serve you. Thank you, Melessa, for keeping us in the know!

Continuing Education Is Important to Us

Continuing Education Is Important to Us

Continuing Education is important to us and our clients. We at Business Interiors stay up to date on industry trends, advancements, innovations, and the art and science of interior design finishes and furnishings.

Mississippi architects, designers, and specifiers joined us at our showroom and headquarters in Ridgeland, Mississippi, for this Continuing Education Unit about vinyl and other coated fabrics. They heard in-depth about best practices using these high-performance fabrics while maintaining their accreditation and enjoying a little hospitality.

Thank you to all of our clients and colleagues in the industry who joined us for this event. We can’t wait to see you again at the next Continuing Education event here at Business Interiors.

SPOTLIGHT ON MAHARAM:

“At NeoCon 2018, Maharam delivered visual impact through architectural scale and an elemental use of lines and planes with a new installation designed in collaboration with American industrial designer, Leon Ransmeier. Featuring previews of upcoming textiles from the Maharam Design Studio, Scholten & Baijings, Paul Smith, Alexander Girard, Doshi Levien, Jonathan Olivares, Giulio Ridolfo, and Ronan and Erwan Bouroullec, the large-scale installation was partly encircled by Alexander Girard and Hella Jongerius rugs displayed on inclined metal plinths that referenced a 1938 MoMA exhibition conceived by Herbert Bayer to exemplify “the Bauhaus principles of exhibition technique in which clarity and arresting arrangement are combined.” Photography by Nathan Kirkman. For more information, visit http://bit.ly/2MajrCE
